Discovering your spiritual gifts:

• Take the complimentary Spiritual Gifts inventory online and email to servantministry@shadowmountain.org
   
• Contact the Servant Office (via email servantministry@shadowmountain.org or phone 619-590-2130) to arrange a meeting with a Ministry Advisor.

Defining your core strengths based on survey results.

Discussing potential roles that align with your availability, interests, experience, and preferences.

Deciding which ministries you wish to observe, inquire about, or participate in, and subsequently connect with recommended contacts.

Determining to join the serving team that you find to be a suitable fit.

Developing your spiritual gifts by utilizing them for the benefit of others and the glory of God.
